Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and handle the official Facebook page of the shop.

  • Post regular content photos, videos, offers, new arrivals to increase engagement.

  • Go live on Facebook to showcase products, interact with customers, and boost sales.

  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Create and manage online campaigns/promotions to attract more customers.

  • Monitor page activity, customer feedback, and improve customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to update stock and promotions.

 

Requirements

 

  • Must be confident in doing Facebook Live sessions to promote products.

  • Good communication skills and a friendly personality.

  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and customer handling.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

 

Education

Minimum HSC Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Freshers can apply.
