Job Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

  • Support different departments such as sales, marketing, accounts, or HR as required.

  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle documentation.

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members as directed.

  • Learn organizational processes and develop professional skills.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.

 

Requirements

  • Data entry and accurate record keeping
  • Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing compliance-related tasks
  • Multi-tasking across daily operational activities
  • Supporting team with documentation and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in English communication spoken & written – mandatory
  • Computer skills, especially MS Excel & MS Word

Education

Graduate or currently completing graduation

OR Diploma in Computer Science/related field

Experience

Less Than 1 year
