Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and online inquiries.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.

  • Schedule and confirm student appointments, counseling sessions, and meetings.

  • Maintain visitor logs, student files, and basic data entry tasks.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.

  • Provide general information about consultancy services, upcoming events, and study abroad opportunities.

  • Create, edit, and publish video content related to student consultancy e.g., informational videos about study destinations, visa processes, student testimonials, event highlights, for students. 

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication skills in English and Bangla.

  • Friendly and professional personality.

  • Basic computer knowledge MS Office, email, internet.

  • Organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.

 

Education

HSC

Experience

Less than 1 year of experience in reception/office work freshers may apply.
