Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and online inquiries.
Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
Schedule and confirm student appointments, counseling sessions, and meetings.
Maintain visitor logs, student files, and basic data entry tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.
Provide general information about consultancy services, upcoming events, and study abroad opportunities.
Create, edit, and publish video content related to student consultancy e.g., informational videos about study destinations, visa processes, student testimonials, event highlights, for students.
Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
Friendly and professional personality.
Basic computer knowledge MS Office, email, internet.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
HSC
Less than 1 year of experience in reception/office work freshers may apply.
