Job Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one counselling to students pursuing higher education abroad, especially in the UK
- Oversee the full application process, from course selection to document submission
- Set and achieve monthly student file targets
- Review student documents for accuracy and visa readiness
- Train and prepare students for visa interviews
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and global partners
- Keep detailed records and assist in managing team responsibilities
- Ensure smooth workflow and support junior counsellors where needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in international student counselling.
- Specialized knowledge of the UK education system.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication in English & Bangla.
- Team leadership skills and attention to detail.
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree .
Experience
1-2 years of experience.
