Job Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.

  • Assign tasks and manage housekeeping staff schedules.

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards.

  • Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety.

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.

  • Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments for smooth operations.

  • Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services.

  • Prepare housekeeping reports and submit to management.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.

  • Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards under pressure.

 

Education

HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management/related field.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in housekeeping.
