Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
Prepare housekeeping reports and submit to management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards under pressure.
HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management/related field.
1–2 years of experience in housekeeping.
