Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance CPC, CTR, ROI, conversion rate.
Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing efforts.
Create content strategies and coordinate with designers/writers for campaign creatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights to management.
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc..
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills in English & Bangla.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management.
