Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about services/products to clients.

  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, and problem resolution.

  • Maintain call records and update the database regularly.

  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.

  • Promote company services during calls when required.

  • Support team members and report to the Call Centre Supervisor/Manager.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla English will be an added advantage.

  • Basic computer knowledge MS Office, Email, Internet.

  • Pleasant voice, polite attitude, and customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work in shifts if required.

 

Education

 HSC Bachelor’s preferred.

Experience

Less than 1 year of experience in call centre/customer service freshers can apply.
