Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about services/products to clients.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and problem resolution.
Maintain call records and update the database regularly.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
Promote company services during calls when required.
Support team members and report to the Call Centre Supervisor/Manager.
Strong communication skills in Bangla English will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge MS Office, Email, Internet.
Pleasant voice, polite attitude, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
HSC Bachelor’s preferred.
Less than 1 year of experience in call centre/customer service freshers can apply.
