Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage daily financial transactions of the hotel income, expenses, payroll, vendor payments.

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.

  • Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and reconcile accounts.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, and other statutory requirements.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for hotel operations.

  • Coordinate with management for financial planning and audits.

  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally/QuickBooks/ERP and MS Excel.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.

 

Education

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance 

 

Experience

1-2 years of experience as an accountant hospitality/hotel industry experience preferred.
