Manage daily financial transactions of the hotel income, expenses, payroll, vendor payments.
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and reconcile accounts.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for hotel operations.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and audits.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally/QuickBooks/ERP and MS Excel.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
1-2 years of experience as an accountant hospitality/hotel industry experience preferred.
