Welcome and greet hotel guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest inquiries.
Maintain guest records and update reservation systems.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for guest needs.
Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions.
Manage billing, cash, and payment transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk.
Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
Good communication in Bangla & English knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge MS Office, email, reservation software.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum HSC/ Bachelor’s degree
Less than 1 year of experience in a hotel/guest service role freshers with good communication skills may apply.
