Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome and greet hotel guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest inquiries.

  • Maintain guest records and update reservation systems.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for guest needs.

  • Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions.

  • Manage billing, cash, and payment transactions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk.

 

Requirements

 

  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.

  • Good communication in Bangla & English knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Basic computer knowledge MS Office, email, reservation software.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

 

Education

Minimum HSC/ Bachelor’s degree

Experience

Less than 1 year of experience in a hotel/guest service role freshers with good communication skills may apply.
