Oversee the overall financial operations of the company.
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
Supervise the accounts team and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor cash flow and provide financial advice to management for decision-making.
Implement and maintain accounting systems, controls, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally, QuickBooks, ERP and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
ACCA qualified / Partly qualified CA Chartered Accountant.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance.
