Manage overall hotel accounts and financial operations.
Prepare and review daily income/expense statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
Oversee billing, payroll, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Supervise junior accountants and accounts staff.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost control for hotel operations.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and management regarding financial matters.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and ensure accuracy.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and hotel financial systems.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally/QuickBooks/ERP and MS Excel.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and good leadership skills.
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting hospitality/hotel industry experience highly preferred.
