Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage overall hotel accounts and financial operations.

  • Prepare and review daily income/expense statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.

  • Oversee billing, payroll, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise junior accountants and accounts staff.

  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost control for hotel operations.

  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and management regarding financial matters.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and ensure accuracy.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and hotel financial systems.

  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally/QuickBooks/ERP and MS Excel.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and good leadership skills.

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.

 

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance 

Experience

Minimum 2-3  years of experience in accounting hospitality/hotel industry experience highly preferred.
