Guide and counsel students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and personal development.
Assist students in selecting courses, training, or study-abroad opportunities if applicable.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group workshops.
Maintain student records, counseling notes, and follow-ups.
Provide emotional and motivational support to students facing academic or personal challenges.
Communicate with parents/guardians when necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, trainers, and management to improve student success.
Participate in seminars, events, and awareness programs organized by the institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and motivational ability.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good computer skills MS Office, Email, Internet.
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of experience as a student counselor/academic counselor
