Job Responsibilities

Leveraging Your Expertise:
* Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues with systematic problem-solving.
* Assist with system updates, backups, and security protocols.
* Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and procurement.
* Contribute to process improvement and user support documentation.

Requirements

* Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
* Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Good command of English.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

Candidates with similar experience will get preference.
