Job Responsibilities

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Bangladesh National Curriculum English Version.

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports active learning and student participation.

* Assess student progress through classwork, homework, tests, and examinations; provide constructive feedback for improvement.

* Maintain accurate academic and attendance records and communicate progress with parents/guardians when required.

* Encourage critical thinking, discipline, and good moral values among students.

* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the overall development of the institution.

* Continuously update subject knowledge and teaching methodologies to ensure quality education delivery.
