Identify students facing difficulties and offer appropriate guidance or intervention in coordination with teachers and parents.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to promote mental well-being, confidence, and positive behavior.
Assist in organizing student development programs, workshops, and awareness sessions on topics like career planning, stress management, and motivation.
Maintain confidentiality of student information and uphold ethical counseling practices.
Collaborate with school administration and teachers to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Prepare periodic reports on counseling activities and student progress.
