Job Responsibilities

 

  • Counsel students and guardians about available academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.

  • Guide students in the admission process for local and international institutions if applicable.

  • Maintain communication with students through phone calls, messages, and in-person meetings.

  • Achieve monthly student admission/enrollment targets.

  • Maintain and update student records in the database.

  • Follow up regularly with potential leads and ensure timely conversion.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and admission team to improve student outreach.

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience in student counseling, education consultancy, or customer service will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Basic computer knowledge MS Office, email, etc..

 

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree any discipline.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience.

Monthly Salary: BDT 15,000+ based on experience and performance
