Job Responsibilities
- Help customers understand and use our software properly.
- Find and report any problems bugs or errors in the software.
- Support customers if they face issues using computers or our system.
- Share customer feedback with our team to improve the software.
- Keep a record of the support work you do each day.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, or in-person.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer operation Windows, typing, internet use, etc.
- Ability to fix simple computer problems.
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills in Bangla Basic English is a plus.
- Eager to learn new things.
- Honest, responsible, and good at managing time.

Education
- Diploma / Graduation with good computer operating skill.
Experience
If you have worked in IT support or customer service before, that’s a plus.
