Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and admission requirements.
Guide students and parents through the application and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and counseling sessions.
Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage paid ads Meta Ads / Google Ads to generate leads and conversions.
Handle social media pages — posting, engagement, and audience growth.
Monitor analytics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Collaborate with the management team to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Design posters, brochures, banners, social media creatives, and other digital/print materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.
Create engaging visual content for social media and advertising.
Coordinate with the marketing team for design ideas and creative campaigns.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
Passionate about education, creativity, and helping students succeed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or a relevant field.
Candidates with less than 1 year of experience in student counseling, digital marketing, or graphic design are encouraged to apply.
