Job Responsibilities

 

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Maintain accurate stock records, ledgers, and reports.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of all materials.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.

  • Prepare purchase requisitions based on stock requirements.

  • Prevent loss, damage, and wastage through proper inventory management.

  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.

  • Coordinate with the accounts and procurement departments.

 

Requirements

 

  • Basic knowledge of inventory software or Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.

  • Honest, disciplined, and reliable.

 

Education

  •  HSC or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Supply Chain.

Experience

 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse management FMCG or food industry experience preferred.

  • Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply.
