Receive, inspect, and record all incoming and outgoing goods.
Maintain accurate stock records, ledgers, and reports.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of all materials.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Prepare purchase requisitions based on stock requirements.
Prevent loss, damage, and wastage through proper inventory management.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
Coordinate with the accounts and procurement departments.
Basic knowledge of inventory software or Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse management FMCG or food industry experience preferred.
Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply.
