Handle the end-to-end processing of client applications e.g., for admission, migration, or recruitment.
Review and verify client documents for completeness and authenticity.
Maintain accurate client records in the company database or CRM system.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and request missing information.
Liaise with partner institutions, embassies, or agencies as required for application processing.
Prepare and submit forms, letters, and supporting documents.
Assist consultants and managers with application tracking and case management.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
Provide excellent client service and uphold the company’s professional reputation.
Strong organizational and document management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills English proficiency is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems or databases.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
1–2 years of experience in a consultancy firm education, migration, or HR preferred.
