Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handle the end-to-end processing of client applications e.g., for admission, migration, or recruitment.

  • Review and verify client documents for completeness and authenticity.

  • Maintain accurate client records in the company database or CRM system.

  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and request missing information.

  • Liaise with partner institutions, embassies, or agencies as required for application processing.

  • Prepare and submit forms, letters, and supporting documents.

  • Assist consultants and managers with application tracking and case management.

  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

  • Provide excellent client service and uphold the company’s professional reputation.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong organizational and document management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English proficiency is essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems or databases.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a consultancy firm education, migration, or HR preferred.
