Guide applicants through the entire visa application process.
Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
Input and maintain client information in visa processing systems.
Schedule appointments with embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
Provide up-to-date information on visa rules, documentation, and processing times.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person regarding their application status.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies, laws, and regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records of all visa applications.
Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online form submission platforms.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Customer service–oriented attitude with a professional demeanor.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
Previous experience in visa processing, travel agency, or immigration support is an advantage.
