Oversee day-to-day operations of the parlour and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
Manage and motivate the team of barbers, stylists, and support staff.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Monitor inventory of products, grooming supplies, and equipment; place orders as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the parlour.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, performance, and customer feedback.
Train new employees and ensure continuous skill development of staff.
Drive customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate a team and maintain high employee morale.
Knowledge of men’s grooming trends and customer preferences is a plus.
Basic understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and business operations.
Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Minimum HSC/Equivalent.
Proven experience in managing a grooming salon, parlour, or related service business.
