Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with universities, agents, and partner institutions.
  • Create and execute strategies to drive business growth and meet recruitment and revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor counsellors and marketing teams to ensure performance goals are achieved.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and student demand to guide management decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing university partners and ensure smooth communication.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to improve student conversion and satisfaction.
  • Support management with new projects, campaigns, and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• In-depth understanding of UK student visa requirements, university processes, and CAS documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree any discipline

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development or education consultancy.
