Plan, organize, and operate domestic and international tours.
Design customized travel itineraries and tour packages based on client preferences.
Negotiate rates with hotels, airlines, and transport service providers.
Handle client bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
Provide accurate pre-departure information and customer support during trips.
Market and promote tour packages through online and offline platforms.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Manage any issues or emergencies that arise during tours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems.
Fluency in English additional languages will be an asset.
Minimum: 20 years To 25 years
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry will be considered a strong advantage.
