Job Responsibilities

- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for student admissions from Preschool to A-Level. 

- Design and create promotional materials – banners, flyers, festoons, digital content, etc.

- Support in the design and creation of school’s monthly newsletter.

- Manage and grow the school’s social media presence especially Facebook. 

- Post regular updates of class activities, school events and announcements. 

- Prepare and boost Facebook ads. 

- Support recruitment by designing and posting job ads. 

- Capture and edit photos & videos for events and communication. 

- Share content to stakeholder WhatsApp groups. 

- Assist with office Financial accounting and typing tasks as necessary.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, MS Office and video editing tools.

- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Strong command in English and Bangla both spoken and written.

- Prior experience of marketing in education sector is a plus.

Education

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related subject.

Experience

- Minimum One Year Experience in digital marketing and social media content creation.
