Job Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

  • Design visually appealing graphics, posters, social media creatives, and promotional materials.

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

  • Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, advertisements, and content marketing.

  • Prepare artwork for print, digital ads, website, and other media.

Video Editing:

  • Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.

  • Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and background music to videos.

  • Repurpose video clips into short-form content Reels, Shorts, etc. for multiple platforms.

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and script marketing or training videos.

Digital Marketing :

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and other platforms.

  • Manage company social media pages, ensuring regular and strategic posting.

  • Run paid ad campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results.

  • Create and manage email marketing, SEO, and basic website updates.

  • Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or similar tools.

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or After Effects is a plus.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing, ad management, and content strategy.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of design aesthetics.

  • Ability to multitask and handle both creative and marketing responsibilities.
