Operate and monitor refrigeration units, compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
Ensure proper temperature and humidity levels are maintained in all storage chambers.
Start, stop, and adjust cold storage machinery as per standard operating procedures.
Record operational data such as temperature, pressure, and running hours.
Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any equipment malfunction or irregularity to the maintenance engineer.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining machinery and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Follow energy-saving practices and safety protocols during operation.
Support loading/unloading and packaging operations when required.
Cooperate with the electrical and mechanical teams for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical controls.
Ability to read and follow operating manuals and safety instructions.
Physically fit and capable of working in cold environments.
Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Minimum HSC
1–2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in cold storage, food processing, or industrial plants.
