Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor refrigeration units, compressors, condensers, and evaporators.

• Ensure proper temperature and humidity levels are maintained in all storage chambers.

• Start, stop, and adjust cold storage machinery as per standard operating procedures.

• Record operational data such as temperature, pressure, and running hours.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any equipment malfunction or irregularity to the maintenance engineer.

• Assist in cleaning and maintaining machinery and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

• Follow energy-saving practices and safety protocols during operation.

• Support loading/unloading and packaging operations when required.

• Cooperate with the electrical and mechanical teams for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
