Counseling
• Provide professional counselling to prospective students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and institutional offerings.
• Guide students in choosing suitable courses based on their interests, aptitude, and goals.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all courses, admission criteria, and related academic policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets as set by the management.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through proactive follow-ups, counselling, and relationship building.
• Participate in marketing events, education fairs, seminars, and outreach campaigns to enhance student enrolment.
• Accurately maintain and update lead data, enquiries, and conversion records in the CRM system.
Discipline & Compliance
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and regular attendance in accordance with designated office hours.
• Strictly adhere to the organization’s policies, code of conduct, and operational procedures.
• Ensure work transparency by keeping management informed of daily counselling activities, student feedback, and lead progress.
• Maintain integrity in all communications, avoiding any form of misrepresentation or unauthorized commitments to students.
• Uphold confidentiality of student records, financial information, and institutional data.
• Report any policy violations, unethical practices, or irregularities immediately to the reporting manager.
• Contribute to a disciplined and positive workplace culture by setting a professional example.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for a seamless student experience.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on counselling performance and target achievement.
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Communication, negotiation, persuasion
Bachelor Degree from any Discipline.
At least 1-2 years of experience
Participating on Social Media LIVE session when required
Availability to work Canadian time zone EST; flexibility for schedule changes.
