Reception & Front Desk Management
Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Student Counseling & Support
Provide guidance and support to students regarding courses, programs, and schedules.
Assist in resolving student queries and issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of student information and interactions.
Social Media & Video Engagement
Create engaging videos for Facebook and other social media platforms.
Speak confidently on camera, promoting our courses, events, and programs.
Help build the organization’s online presence and engage with prospective students.
Administrative Tasks
Support day-to-day administrative duties as required.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bengali.
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
Prior experience in counseling, reception, or customer service is preferred.
Basic computer skills MS Office, email, social media platforms.=
Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in any discipline
Not mandatory; previous experience or internship in student counseling, customer service, or education consultancy is a plus
Must be willing to work flexible hours during peak periods
Should be active on social media and confident in front of the camera for video promotions
