Job Responsibilities

 

  • Reception & Front Desk Management

    • Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

    • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Student Counseling & Support

    • Provide guidance and support to students regarding courses, programs, and schedules.

    • Assist in resolving student queries and issues efficiently.

    • Maintain accurate records of student information and interactions.

  • Social Media & Video Engagement

    • Create engaging videos for Facebook and other social media platforms.

    • Speak confidently on camera, promoting our courses, events, and programs.

    • Help build the organization’s online presence and engage with prospective students.

  • Administrative Tasks

    • Support day-to-day administrative duties as required.

    • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

 

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bengali.

  • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

  • Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.

  • Prior experience in counseling, reception, or customer service is preferred.

  • Basic computer skills MS Office, email, social media platforms.=

Education

Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in any discipline

Experience

Not mandatory; previous experience or internship in student counseling, customer service, or education consultancy is a plus

Other Details

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours during peak periods

  • Should be active on social media and confident in front of the camera for video promotions

  • A goal-driven and responsible individual eager to grow in the student recruitment field
