Create tailored itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and provide guidance throughout the travel experience.
Ensure compliance with safety and travel regulations.
Monitor tour operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Promote tour packages through digital and offline marketing channels.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh’s tourist destinations, culture, and transport systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tours simultaneously.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for bookings and marketing.
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tour Operator or in a travel agency.
