Job Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, organize, and manage domestic tours and travel packages.

  • Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure quality service.

  • Create tailored itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.

  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and provide guidance throughout the travel experience.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and travel regulations.

  • Monitor tour operations and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Promote tour packages through digital and offline marketing channels.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh’s tourist destinations, culture, and transport systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tours simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for bookings and marketing.

 

Education

Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience

Proven experience as a Tour Operator or in a travel agency.
