Job Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise and coordinate all academic and administrative activities of the school.

  • Monitor lesson plans, class performance, and teacher effectiveness.

  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and overall institutional decorum.

  • Support and mentor teachers to improve teaching quality.

  • Liaise with parents, teachers, and management for better communication and problem-solving.

  • Prepare academic calendars, reports, and performance evaluations.

  • Assist the Principal in implementing institutional policies and plans.

  • Oversee examinations, co-curricular events, and student development programs.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong command of Bangla and good proficiency in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools is desirable.

 

Education

Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or coordination experience in an educational environment.
