Supervise and coordinate all academic and administrative activities of the school.
Monitor lesson plans, class performance, and teacher effectiveness.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and overall institutional decorum.
Support and mentor teachers to improve teaching quality.
Liaise with parents, teachers, and management for better communication and problem-solving.
Prepare academic calendars, reports, and performance evaluations.
Assist the Principal in implementing institutional policies and plans.
Oversee examinations, co-curricular events, and student development programs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong command of Bangla and good proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools is desirable.
Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
