Visit and manage multiple retail outlets within the territory: engage with store managers, staff, ensure product displays, monitor stock and performance.
Develop and deliver training sessions/materials for retail staff / vivo Brand Advisors VBAs – covering new product features, sales techniques, brand messaging.
Monitor performance of retail partners and VBAs; provide coaching, feedback and support to drive improvement.
Implement sales strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the sales team; identify growth opportunities and consumer/market trends.
Merchandising & product visibility: ensure proper placement, signage, brand exclusivity, maintain/outsource point-of-sale materials POSM.
Market intelligence & reporting: gather competitor info, consumer feedback, sales data; prepare regular reports on territory performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, pricing, promotions, etc.

Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably Bachelor of Business Administration – BBA or equivalent.
Experience:
Typically 1 + years in mobile/telecommunications / retail business.
Experience in smartphone industry, telecom or retail trade is required.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills: capable of building strong relationships with retail partners.
Training/presentation skills: able to design and deliver training to store staff/brand advisors.
Analytical mindset: able to interpret sales data, market trends, and craft actionable insights.
Self-driven and target oriented: comfortable with territory management and achieving KPI targets.
Understanding of retail merchandising, store operations, product launches.
Flexibility to travel across the assigned geographic territory.
