Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the brand shop: opening/closing, store appearance, staffing, product presentation
Achieve sales targets for the store: monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance; manage stock levels
Ensure brand visibility/in‐store merchandising: ensure vivo branding, POS materials, in‐store signage, promotional displays are properly used.
Train, supervise and motivate store staff: ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply/warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
Maintain a positive, customer friendly shopping environment; handle customer queries and complaints or escalate as required.
Prepare reports on store performance, suggest improvements in operations, sales or customer experience.

Strong communication skills in English and Bangla; ability to travel locally as needed.
Computer literacy: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Leadership/team management abilities: supervising staff, motivating performance.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree often in Business Administration or any field is normally required.
Typically at least 1 year of experience in retail operations, sales management or relevant field.
Excellent interpersonal and customer‐service orientation: since the role is store‐facing.
Ability to drive sales: target‐oriented mindset, proactive in seeking improvement.
Retail operations understanding: visual merchandising, store layout, stock control.
Team leadership & training: able to guide store staff to deliver brand standards.
Analytical mindset: able to review store performance data and make suggestions for improvement.
Flexibility: willing to work in retail timings, possibly weekends/public holidays, and adapt to store conditions.
