Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain day-to-day office operations and assist in administrative activities.

  • Handle accounting tasks such as cashbook management, ledger keeping, and voucher preparation.

  • Record and update financial transactions accurately in the system.

  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.

  • Manage office files, documents, and correspondence.

  • Maintain communication with suppliers, parents, and staff when necessary.

  • Assist the Principal and Coordinator with general administrative support.

  • Ensure proper record-keeping of attendance, bills, and other institutional records.

 

Requirements

 

  • Must have basic knowledge of accounting principles and office management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.

  • Typing speed requirement:

    • Bangla: Minimum 25 words per minute

    • English: Minimum 30 words per minute

  • Honest, disciplined, and capable of working under minimal supervision.

 

Education

 

Minimum HSC Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent qualification.

 

Experience

Experience in accounting or administrative work will be given preference.
