Maintain day-to-day office operations and assist in administrative activities.
Handle accounting tasks such as cashbook management, ledger keeping, and voucher preparation.
Record and update financial transactions accurately in the system.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Manage office files, documents, and correspondence.
Maintain communication with suppliers, parents, and staff when necessary.
Assist the Principal and Coordinator with general administrative support.
Ensure proper record-keeping of attendance, bills, and other institutional records.
Must have basic knowledge of accounting principles and office management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
Typing speed requirement:
Bangla: Minimum 25 words per minute
English: Minimum 30 words per minute
Honest, disciplined, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
Minimum HSC Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Experience in accounting or administrative work will be given preference.
