Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and overall customer service.

  2. Supervise daily hotel operations front desk, housekeeping, maintenance.

  3. Ensure property cleanliness, room quality, and safety standards.

  4. Coordinate and manage hotel events and functions.

  5. Prepare staff duty rosters and supervise team performance.

  6. Maintain inventory, equipment, and daily operation reports.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

  2. Leadership ability and team management skills.

  3. Good problem-solving and multitasking capacity.

  4. Ability to manage events and handle operational pressure.

  5. Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel software is a plus.

Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred Hospitality Management/Business.

  • Diploma in hotel management is an added advantage.

- Experienced candidates will get preference. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
