Job Responsibilities

 

  • Attend and manage incoming customer calls.

  • Provide information about our products/services.

  • Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers.

  • Record customer interactions accurately.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of handling calls and customer queries.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.

 

Education

Minimum HSC or equivalent.

Experience

1 year of telecalling or customer service experience preferred freshers may also apply.

Other Details

Salary: BDT 5,000 – 6,000 per month part-time
Office Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Part-Time
