Attend and manage incoming customer calls.
Provide information about our products/services.
Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers.
Record customer interactions accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of handling calls and customer queries.
Reliable and punctual.
Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
1 year of telecalling or customer service experience preferred freshers may also apply.
Salary: BDT 5,000 – 6,000 per month part-time
Office Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Part-Time
