Job Responsibilities
NIRJHAR EDUCATION, a leading English and IELTS teaching platform in Bangladesh since 2020, founded by the highly respected Cambridge-certified English educator Sirajum Munir Nirjhar, is seeking dedicated Senior IELTS Instructors for our center in Sylhet.
- Engage students effectively and prepare comprehensive teaching materials.
- Evaluate writing scripts accurately and conduct realistic mock speaking sessions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high educational standards.
- Conduct diverse courses: IELTS, Spoken English, Exam Prep, Kids’ courses, and other English-related modules.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 7 or 7.5 in IELTS.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Presentation, Communication, and Teaching Skills are also required.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong brand image in the particular field.
Education
Honors or Master's in any discipline.
Experience
IELTS Score Must meet one of the following:
- Overall Band 7.5 with no band less than 7.0.
- OR Overall Band 7.0 with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Other Details
Must have a minimum of 7 or 7.5 in IELTS.
Schedule: 6 days a week with one weekly holiday; provision for casual leaves.
Probation: 3-month probationary period.
