Handle client applications and verify submitted documents
Maintain accurate records and update application status
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging
Assist clients in filling forms and submitting required papers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Prepare daily reports and follow up on pending cases
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, Email
Ability to manage multiple applications at once
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior experience in consultancy, service, or admin roles preferred
HSC or Graduation completed.
1–2 years of experience.
