Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handle client applications and verify submitted documents

  • Maintain accurate records and update application status

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging

  • Assist clients in filling forms and submitting required papers

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

  • Prepare daily reports and follow up on pending cases

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills

  • Basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, Email

  • Ability to manage multiple applications at once

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Prior experience in consultancy, service, or admin roles preferred

 

Education

HSC or Graduation completed.

Experience

1–2 years of experience.
