Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support classroom teaching and student development. The teacher will be responsible for teaching Bangla, English, Mathematics, Science, Fine Arts, and Music at the primary/early secondary level and assisting in overall academic and co-curricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Teach Bangla, English, Mathematics, Science, Fine Arts, and Music according to the school curriculum

• Assist the lead teacher in classroom management and lesson planning

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials

• Support students in understanding lessons and completing assignments

• Encourage creativity, participation, and positive behavior among students

• Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to students and parents

• Maintain discipline and a safe, friendly learning environment

• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and meetings
