Job Responsibilities

 

  • Receive and greet visitors, clients, and job applicants politely

  • Answer phone calls and respond to basic inquiries

  • Provide general information about company services visa, travel, overseas jobs

  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments

  • Handle basic office work such as data entry, filing, and email support

  • Keep the reception area clean and organized

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication skills in Bangla English preferred

  • Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel

  • Polite, professional, and well-presented

  • Honest, punctual, and responsible

 

Education

 

Minimum  Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

1–2 years of experience preferred
