Receive and greet visitors, clients, and job applicants politely
Answer phone calls and respond to basic inquiries
Provide general information about company services visa, travel, overseas jobs
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
Handle basic office work such as data entry, filing, and email support
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Good communication skills in Bangla English preferred
Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel
Polite, professional, and well-presented
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of experience preferred
