Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and skill development pathways
Understand students’ interests, strengths, and goals through one-on-one sessions
Guide students in course selection, admission processes, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with academic, training, or placement teams when necessary
Conduct seminars, orientations, or information sessions for students
Follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and progress
Meet counseling targets and contribute to organizational growth
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, guide, and build trust with students
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills MS Office, email, CRM or databases preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counselor, Education Counselor, or in a similar role
