Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and compliance
  • Overlook general administration, office supplies, and transport
  • Organize staff training, welfare programs, and performance appraisals
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree Hotel & Hospitality preferred

Experience

• 3–5 years hotel industry experience in HR & Admin

Other Details

BDT 50,000 per month negotiable based on experience
