Job Responsibilities
Retail Sales:
- Prospect and engage individual customers, small businesses, and retail outlets to offer internet services.
- Present and demonstrate our internet service offerings, emphasizing key benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Manage the sales process, from lead generation and product presentation to closing deals and facilitating service installation.
- Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any service-related issues.
Corporate Sales:
- Develop and nurture business relationships with corporate clients, offering customized internet solutions for their organizations.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers, including CEOs, CTOs, and procurement teams, to promote our service packages.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Requirements
Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both retail and corporate sales.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, providing insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both retail and corporate customers.
- Address client concerns, provide after-sales support, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and meet the specific needs of both individual and corporate clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in sales. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
