Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about company products/services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy hours.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills Bangla & basic English preferred.
  • Ability to work in flexible shifts/timing.
  • Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to handle work pressure and multitasking.
  • Basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, email, messaging apps.
  • Previous experience in customer support will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree

Experience

1 year in customer support preferred
