Counsel students regarding academic programs, courses, and career options
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable study programs
Assist students with admission procedures, documentation, and application forms
Follow up with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
Coordinate with universities/colleges and internal teams
Maintain accurate student records and reports
Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events
Achieve counseling and enrollment targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and student-oriented attitude
Ability to handle inquiries and objections confidently
Basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, email, Google tools
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree any discipline
Preferred: Education, Business, Management, English, or related fields
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
1–2 years of experience in student counseling, education consultancy, sales, or customer service will be an advantage
