Job Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS classes focusing on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Prepare students for both Academic and General IELTS
- Design lesson plans, mock tests, and practice materials
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide regular feedback
- Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and band score improvement
- Maintain class discipline and a positive learning environment
- Track student progress and maintain academic records
- Stay updated with latest IELTS exam patterns and teaching techniques
- Support students with one-on-one mentoring when required
Requirements
- Strong command of English language spoken and written
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS format and band descriptors
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and student success
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field.
IELTS Band Score 7 or above preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of IELTS teaching experience preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong IELTS results and teaching potential may also apply.
