Receive, review, and process applications in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Verify applicant information, documents, and eligibility criteria
Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and rejections
Communicate with applicants to provide updates, request additional documents, and resolve queries
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of applications
Prepare reports, summaries, and application status updates for management
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements
Support continuous improvement of application handling processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, email and basic data entry systems
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Science, or a related field
Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered
1–3 years of experience in application processing, administrative support, or a similar role
Fresh graduates may apply if they demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills
