Job Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee and manage daily business operations smoothly

  • Supervise staff attendance, duty roster, and work performance

  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper behavior of all employees

  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and solve problems efficiently

  • Maintain basic records, reports, and daily activity updates

  • Coordinate with owner/management regarding business performance

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper use of company resources

  • Support customers when needed and handle complaints professionally

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong sense of responsibility and honesty

  • Good leadership and people management skills

  • Ability to work long hours and handle work pressure

  • Basic communication skills Bangla required; English is an advantage

  • Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability

  • Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy

 

Education

 

  • Minimum SSC or equivalent

  • HSC or higher education will be preferred

 

Experience

 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

 

Other Details

 

  • Monthly salary: BDT 12,000

  • Daily allowance: BDT 100
