Job Responsibilities

Counsel students on study abroad options, universities, courses, and countries

Assist students with admission processes, documentation, and application submission

Guide students on visa requirements and interview preparation

Maintain regular follow-up with students and ensure high conversion rates

Coordinate with foreign universities and partner institutions

Maintain student records and update CRM/database

Participate in seminars, fairs, and promotional activities
-
Provide accurate, ethical, and up-to-date information to students
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of study abroad procedures and visa processing

Ability to handle multiple students and meet deadlines

Sales-oriented mindset with counseling ethics

Proficient in MS Office, email, and basic online tools

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Education
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
-
Educational background related to education, marketing, or business will be an advantage
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Student Counselor / Student Consultant
