Handle student queries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
Student Management & Growth
Guide prospective students regarding TOEFL/IELTS preparation pathways based on their current level and target score.
Conduct placement tests and academic counseling sessions.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction, retention, and success rates.
Build strong relationships with students and parents through transparent communication.
Administration, Reporting & Performance
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
Prepare and submit regular academic and operational reports to management.
Monitor center performance against enrollment and academic targets.
Support marketing and outreach activities such as seminars, demo classes, and open days when required.
